Clear Wiev Disposable PVC Bailers

 

Benefits

PVC naturally sinks in water, due to its specific gravity, relative to water. 

No weights to restrict flow of sample entering and exiting bailer. PVC is very ridged, stays straight, never bending or distorting under normal care.  (This is very important for the smaller diameter .45 inch and .70 inch bailers, which are carefully extruded for straightness). Material is clear, to assist in field sampling, that may require visual inspection of the sample taken. (Actually see the product sampled from ground water remediation wells and fuel tanks, for example).  Tested and approved, by established legal environmental testing firm, for leaching, absorption and over all performance.  Results came in with A+ ratings for areas tested. Tested under Methods 8260 & 8260B

 

Material:

 

Tubing: Virgin medical grade Poly Vinyl Chloride. (Same medical grade PVC resin used in the manufacturing of catheters, for treatment of medical patents.)

Tops and Bottoms ABS Ball: High grade PVC material.

Redesigned ball seat helps to deter sticking of ball, with out sample loss, between ball and device Large .65 inch opening allowing for large volumes of product to rapidly fill the bailer with minimal disturbance to the sample.
