Scanprobe Techniques Ltd was formed in 1985 and is an independent company specialising in the design, manufacture and assembly of cameras in the UK. We can also offer a custom made bespoke service to our clients to provide individual needs when ordering a CCTV system. The equipment is manufactured with the end user in mind and has been evolving constantly through three decades resulting in a practical, reliable range of inspection systems to the drainage and pipe industry. It is suitable for use in drains, water mains, chimneys, bore holes and sewers in pipe diameters from 35mm to 1000mm.

 

 




1 - Micro 35

The micro camera has a 35mm diemeter high-resolution colour camera head with auto shutter and adjustable focus. Suitable for use in gullies and pipe sizes over 35mm up to 100mm in diameter for those awkward areas and has been designed for tight bends i.e. toilet bends, gullies, swimming pool filters etc. This system is compatible with all Scanprobe Systems or can be supplied with a control unit.

 

 

2 - Bullet 35

This unit comprises of a colier frame with 40m of 11mm push rod, which is fitted with a 35mm high-resolution bullet camera head complete with a scratchproof sapphire lens glass, and complete with high intensity white LED lighting. Suitable for pipe sizes from 40mm up to 225mm in diameter, a range of centring skids and waterproof control unit cover, on screen meterage complete with probewriter text generator (optional). The system will operate from 110v to 240v AC with auto switching. (detachable head)

 

 

3 - Series 6

This high performance system is supplied with 50m of 11mm push rod. 50mm diameter auto self leveling colour camera head. Suitable for pipe sizes over 50mm up to 300mm in diameter. Operates from 110v and 240v. This comes complete with built-in VCR, text generator, auto on-screen meterage and long life LED lighting. (detachable head)

 

 

4 - Series 6 DVD

This high performance system is supplied with 50m of 11mm semi-rigid push rod. 50mm diameter auto self leveling colour camera. Suitable for pipe sizes over 50mm up to 300mm in diameter. Operates from 110v and 240v. This comes complete with built-in DVD (records directly onto DVD+R/RW discs), 10.5" CD flat screen monitor, 16 page text generator, auto on-screen meterage, full remote control and long life LED lighting. (detachable head)

 

 

5 - Series 7

A TV inspection system which is designed to survey from a single access point by means of pushing a sinlge 14mm diameter semi-rigid, fibreglass rod incorporating all the necessary cables to operate the TV camera and its lighting. It is able to operate in pipe sizes over 50mm up to 600mm in diameter. (detachable head). This system is fully loaded and incorporates a 250mm commercial heavy-duty dedicated high resolution colour monitor, built-in video recorder, auto on-screen meterage complete with probewriter text generator and a range of centring skids, whhled camera carrier and external lighthead for larger diameter pipes.

 

 

6 - Series 7 DVD

A TV inspection system which is designed to survey from a single access point by means of pushing a sinlge 14mm diameter semi-rigid, fibreglass rod incorporating all the necessary cables to operate the TV camera and its lighting. It is able to operate in pipe sizes over 50mm up to 600mm in diameter. (detachable head). This system is fully loaded and incorporates a 250mm commercial heavy-duty dedicated high resolution colour monitor, built-in DVD recorder, auto on-screen meterage complete with probewriter text generator and a range of centring skids, whhled camera carrier and external lighthead for larger diameter pipes.

 

 

7 - Colour 1000 Tractor

Our  low cost remote controlled 4 - wheel drive colour drain / pipeline  TV inspection system. Suitable for drains / pipelines from 75mm through  to 1000mm
